Open the issue tracker

Search the open and closed issues first, in case someone has asked already. To post, you'll need a free GitHub account. Issues are public, so leave out anything private.

Reporting a problem

It helps to include:

• What you were making: a frame or a panel door, the joint and the sizes. On the website, Copy link gives a link with the whole design in it; paste that.
• What you expected and what you got instead. A screenshot helps.
• Your device, and whether you used the website (in which browser) or the iPhone app (on which iOS version).

Where your saved designs are

Saved designs stay on the device you made them on and are never sent anywhere, so they can't be recovered from a server. On the website they're kept in that browser: another browser or device won't see them, and clearing the browser's data for the site deletes them. In the iPhone app they're kept in the app on your phone: they survive updates, but deleting the app deletes them. To move a design from the website to another device, use Copy link and open the link there.
